[feature] Share and manage subscriptions across multiple profiles

Users may want to manage subscriptions across different contexts such as personal, shared (e.g. with a partner), or business.

Currently, there is no easy way to group and share subscriptions between people or profiles.

Goal:

  • Allow users to create multiple profiles (e.g. Personal, Family, Business)

  • Enable sharing a profile with another user

  • Keep subscriptions organized and separated by profile

  • Allow easy switching between profiles

    Update:
    In the upcoming release v1.2.0, this feature has been implemented.

    You can now create and manage multiple profiles (e.g. Personal, Family, Business) and share them with others using a simple link.

    Here’s what’s included:

    • Create multiple profiles to organise subscriptions

    • Share a profile via link from the profile menu

    • All subscriptions within a shared profile are synced across users

    • Shared subscriptions are clearly marked across the app (list, details, and home)

    • Only the profile owner can edit subscriptions (others have view-only access)

    • Ability to stop sharing at any time

    This makes it easier to manage subscriptions across different contexts and collaborate with others while keeping everything organised.
