[improvement] Show privacy message during subscription import

Users may feel hesitant when importing sensitive data like bank statements or emails, especially if it’s unclear how their data is handled.

We’ve added a clear privacy message to reassure users that their data stays on their device.

Goal:

• Clearly communicate that import processing happens on-device

• Reassure users that no data is sent to external servers

• Increase trust when importing sensitive information
