Some users couldn’t find subscriptions from their region (e.g. China), even though they were already available in the app.

The issue was that by default, we showed globally popular services, which made region-specific subscriptions harder to discover.

Goal:

• Show relevant subscriptions based on the user’s App Store region

• Improve visibility of local services

• Still allow users to switch country and explore all subscriptions

Why this is important

This fixes a silent UX issue:

• Users thought features were missing ❌

• But it was actually a discovery problem
