[feature] Import subscriptions from PDF files

Currently, Subio supports importing subscriptions via CSV, but some users receive statements or receipts as PDF files.

This makes it harder to extract and track subscriptions without manual input.

Goal:

• Allow users to upload PDF files

• Extract subscription-related data from PDFs

• Support common formats such as bank statements and receipt
