🧭 How to cancel

  1. Open the subscription

  2. Tap “Mark as cancelled”

  3. Choose one of the options below

🔴 Option 1: Expire now

Use this if the subscription has already stopped or you no longer have access.

What happens:

  • The subscription is marked as ended immediately

  • It will no longer appear as active

  • Future payments are removed

  • Savings will be calculated from now

🟡 Option 2: Expire at end of cycle

Use this if you’ve cancelled but still have access until the next billing date.

What happens:

  • The subscription stays active until the renewal date

  • It will still appear in your calendar and upcoming payments

  • After the cycle ends, it will automatically move to cancelled

  • Savings are calculated after it expires

💡 Important note

Subio does not cancel subscriptions for you.

You still need to cancel directly with the provider (e.g. Apple, Amazon, Netflix).

Subio helps you:

  • Track it

  • Plan it

  • Understand your savings

🧠 Tip

If you’re unsure which option to choose:

  • Already cancelled and no access → Expire now

  • Cancelled but still using it → Expire at end of cycle
